Joe quickly diagnosed the issue on the first inspection, the tech replaced the tracks, and restored full functionality. The tech also went above and beyond by helping me set up the mobile app for our existing motor, something I was unaware was available. We ultimately selected the solid panel option without windows since we primarily store vehicles and value the additional privacy. The most professional contractors I've ever had work on my home. I only wish I had more garage doors to replace. The team was on-site on-time and were extremely professional. The whole job took much less time than I anticipated the area was cleaner than it looked when they started. Both controllers on my garage doors went out within a short time of one another as they were original to my home that was built in 2003.
