The most professional contractors I've ever had work on my home. I only wish I had more garage doors to replace. The team was on-site on-time and were extremely professional. The whole job took much less time than I anticipated the area was cleaner than it looked when they started. The new doors are incredible and the attention to detail on things like securing the power cables and cleaning up the wires is phenomenal. Last night, my wife discovered we needed urgent repair service for our garage door (it wouldn't close with the remote, we had to disable and use manual...). I received a strong recommendation to use Absolute Access, so I reached out late, not expecting a response until the next day, but they promptly contacted me and scheduled a same-day repair for the following morning. The technician arrived on time, was incredibly polite and efficient and fixed the issue quickly without any hassle. Expectations exceeded - reliable, fast, and affordable. I highly recommend Absolute Access for anyone needing garage door repair and will use them again - hopefully won't have to for a while though 🙂 !!

The spring on my garage door broke late in the afternoon. The garage door was jammed, and I couldn’t open it manually. I called Absolute Access, and Joe the owner answered. I told him my story, and he did something amazing. All of his guys were out on calls and unavailable, but instead of telling me that I would have to wait, he came out and did the job himself. Of course it was hot as blazes, but Joe made short work of the repair and he replaced my single spring with two springs so that next time a spring broke, I would still be able to open the door easily. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience!
