When my garage door initially broke I called another garage door company who came out, quickly provided me a quote for almost $3000 to replace the door and then charged me $400 just to pull the garage door down. Not knowing any better I paid the amount to ensure the door would close. After speaking with other people, I was encouraged to get a second opinion and quote. This is when I was referred to Absolute Access. They immediately set up the appointment, were responsive, and showed up to the appointment on time. The technician was extremely helpful and explained how the other company actually damaged my door by cutting the cables to get the door down. He was patient with me in explaining the various options on how to address the multiple issues the door was now having. I didn’t feel as if he was trying to push or force a certain option which I appreciated. Ultimately, the door did not need to be replaced but the cord system that the other company damaged now had to be replaced. Absolute Access immediately ordered the parts and came to my house two days later to fix the system. Again, the technician was very easy to work with and did a great job. I highly recommend Absolute Access to anyone who is looking to receive knowledgeable, professional, and efficient service.
